Welcome to Cryptoarchaeology.com

Crytoarcaeology (or Crypto-Archaeology) is the study of the strange and unusual from our ancient past.  It deals with the discoveries that don't fit our traditional understanding of history, so is set aside for later study, or ignored because it can not be made to fit - a bit like a jigsaw puzzle with a wrong colored piece!

A good example of this was the Crystal Skulls - until very recently an enigma of archaeology - but now, at last, the answer is crystal clear!  Another is the Pisco "Road of Holes" in Peru, where a mile long highway of patterned craters exists.  Others include the giant stone spheres of Costa Rica, and perhaps the most famous are the Nazca Lines (except it is not just Nazca, there are incredible geoglyphs elsewhere too!). And still another are the Wheeled Artifacts of Ancient America!

We hope you enjoy and learn from these.  Always keep an open mind, and remember that the past is just a step away from our future!
